Second, look for “bisglycinate” or “bis-glycinate” specifically, not just “chelated” (which covers multiple forms) or “glycinate” alone (which could include different chelation ratios).
Third, avoid fillers and binders that add unnecessary load. Magnesium bisglycinate powder in a capsule should have minimal additives. Some compressed tablets include significant amounts of fillers.
